Study abroad
A study-relevant exchange programme
The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture have signed many exchange agreements with school of architecture and universities abroad, which gives you as a student the opportunity to study abroad. The exchange programme of your choice must be relevant to your field of study and should be part of your Master’s degree programme.
The exchange programme awards you credits, i.e. it may replace certain mandatory elements of the architecture programme, however, no more than 60 ECTS points. The exchange can be taken for one or two semesters.
The world is for you to explore
The school has signed many different agreements, some with schools in the Nordic countries, some with schools in Europe and others with schools in the rest of the world. It is also possible to apply for an exchange programme at a school with whom the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture has not signed an agreement. This may, however, require more legwork of you, but your efforts may lead to opportunities for other students of architecture in the future.
